We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of our beef products, including cut types, weights, and prices. However, as a working ranch, weights and availability may vary slightly depending on seasonal timing, weather conditions, and natural factors beyond our control. All prices are based on estimated hanging weights. Final packaged weight may be lower than the hanging weight due to trimming, bone removal, and dry aging.

3. Payment

We accept payments through secure third-party processors. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders if payment is not received or verified.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable and custom-cut nature of our products, all beef sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once processing or fulfillment has begun. However, if you have a concern about the quality or condition of your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make it right.

5. Livestock Care Disclaimer

All of our cattle are raised using ethical, natural, and low-stress methods. However, Cold Water Ranch cannot guarantee specific outcomes related to taste, marbling, or texture, as these are influenced by genetics, weather, and individual animal development.

8. Ranch Tours & Liability Waiver

Ranch tours, including horseback riding, are offered as a courtesy and at your own risk. Cold Water Ranch is not liable for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during a visit. By scheduling a tour, you acknowledge that you accept all personal risk.
